The e-mail addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as their other data described in this notice, are stored on MailChimp's servers in the USA. MailChimp uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletter on our behalf. Furthermore, according to its own information, MailChimp can use this data to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. for the technical optimization of the dispatch and the presentation of the newsletter or for economic purposes in order to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass them on to third parties.

We trust in the reliability and IT and data security of MailChimp. MailChimp is certified under the US-EU data protection agreement " Privacy Shield " and is committed to complying with EU data protection regulations. We have also concluded a “ Data Processing Agreement ” with MailChimp. This is a contract in which MailChimp undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process it on our behalf in accordance with its data protection regulations and, in particular, not to pass it on to third parties. 5. Duration of storage of your data

We process your personal data, if available and as far as necessary for the purposes mentioned, until you object, as well as in accordance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations, which result from the Federal Tax Code (BAO), among other things.

6. Use of Google Analytics

7. Google Fonts & MyFonts

8. Embedded YouTube videos

This website uses the YouTube embedding function to display and play back videos from the provider "YouTube". The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

When embedding, the extended data protection mode is used, which, according to the provider, does not start storing user information until the video (s) are played back. If the playback of embedded YouTube videos is started, the provider "YouTube" uses cookies to collect information about user behavior. 9. Embedded Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps to display interactive maps and to create directions. Google Maps is a map service from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA. By using Google Maps, information about the use of this website, including your IP address and the (start) address entered as part of the route planner function, can be transmitted to Google in the USA. 10. Storage of IP addresses on this website

When you access this website, your IP address is saved in log files. We use this information to evaluate the use of the site and thereby further optimize our website for you - these files are neither stored in our database nor used in any way. The IP address is the globally valid, unique identifier for a computer and consists of four blocks of numbers separated by dots. In most cases, as a private user, you will not use a constant IP address, as your provider will only assign it to you temporarily for one session. Nonetheless, with static IP addresses, it is in principle possible to clearly assign the user data using this feature. We can only link your IP address to your user data through "manual" research. 11. Earmarking and legal basis for the data processing of your data known to us

11.1. We process the following categories of data from you:

11.2. We use this data to prepare and carry out fundraising campaigns to fulfill the organizational purposes in accordance with the statutes / statutes - by post, by phone call or email and for donation management, for birthday greetings, for managing donations made and for managing active and former members and fulfilling tax obligations.

11.3. For this we save your data in an electronic database. To select target groups for one of the above campaigns, we use a process that groups our supporters according to the type of donation, amount of donation, frequency of donation and the time of the last donation.

11.4. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is, on the one hand, our legitimate interest in fulfilling our legal or contractual obligations, and, on the other hand, your consent.
The provision of name data and bank details is required for the donation process and due to tax regulations and money laundering regulations. If they are not made available, donations and sponsorship services cannot be accepted.
The provision of name data and dates of birth is also necessary due to the automated employee tax assessment if a donor wishes to take account of his or her donations for tax purposes. If the donations are not made available, they cannot be considered as special expenses for tax purposes.

11.5. Description of legitimate interest:
Personal data for the purpose of soliciting donations, sponsorship services and general postal advertising activities to meet the goals of the organization are processed on the basis of the legitimate interests of the organization. This is intended to achieve the organizational goals in accordance with the statutes or the articles of association.
The processing of personal data for the purpose of fundraising represents a legitimate interest in accordance with recital 47 GDPR if the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the legitimate interest and reasonable expectations

of the person concerned. The organization pursues goals that are in the public interest according to § 4a EStG and §§ 34 ff BAO. The fulfillment of the organizational goals recognized by the public thus represent legitimate interests. The fulfillment of these publicly recognized organizational goals is not possible without donations and is therefore necessary.

We process personal data in particular in order to be able to carry out targeted actions to meet the organizational goals. In this way, the interests of donors and sponsors in particular are to be met in the best possible way and wastage is avoided. This should also ensure that the funds raised can be used as cost-effectively as possible in the interests of all those who support the organization.

11.6. For the purpose of optimizing our website, certain data is automatically collected (date and time of access to the website, IP address, browser version).

12. Consent and right of withdrawal

12.1. If your consent is necessary for the processing of your data, we will only process it with your express consent.

12.2. In principle, we do not process the data of minors and are not authorized to do so. By giving your consent, you confirm that you have reached the age of 14 or that your legal representative has given your consent.

12.3. You can revoke your consent at any time: You will find our contact details at the bottom of this page. In such a case, the data previously stored about you will be anonymized and subsequently only used for statistical purposes without personal reference. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent up to the point of withdrawal.
